.5 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac

.25 oz mandarin shrub*

Your favorite Champagne


Shake Cognac and shrub and strain into Champagne Flute. Top off with Champagne.


Garnish with mandarin orange wheel.

In a nutshell: Edward Scissorhands meets Creature from the Black Lagoon.


Key lime pie in a glass


1.5 oz Journeyman Bilberry Black Hearts Gin

1.5 oz lime cordial*

Orange blossom whipped cream*


Shake and strain into coupe.


Garnish with whipped cream and lime zest.


* lime cordial

1 cups lime juice

1.25 cup sugar

zest of 2 limes

pinch of salt


Heat in sauce pan on medium, do not boil. Stir sugar until dissolved. Cool, strain, then refrigerate.


*orange blossom whipped cream

1 cup whipping cream

1 Tbls sugar

1/2 tsp orange blossom flower water


Whip all ingredients together. 


Get Out

Based on a old fashioned plantation punch.


.75 oz Malahat spiced rum

.75 oz Plantation 3 Stars white rum

.5 oz Dramboui

2 oz pineapple juice

.75 oz pure cranberry juice

.25 oz agave

1 dash of Fee Brothers Old Fashioned Bitters


Shake and strain into collins glass.


Garnish with a edible pansy flower.
